and quote the product code below
This 1000W pure sine wave inverter provides a smooth 230V AC output and is almost identical to normal mains electricity. Pure sine wave output is far superior than square sine wave or modified sine wave output for running appliances. This is because:
- It is suitable for a broader range of appliances (for example, appliances with electric motors can not be powered by modified sine wave inverters)
- It is more efficient compared to modified sine wave inverters.
Key functions of this inverter:
1. 1000W 12V high-quality pure sine wave inverter – Converts DC battery power into 230V AC mains electricity, enabling the use of household appliances such as laptops, TVs, lighting, and power tools. Capable of producing a continuous power output of 1000W, with a high peak power of 2000W for up to 5 seconds for demanding start-up loads such as electric motors and compressors. The sine wave output ensures maximum compatibility with sensitive electronics.
2. Lithium Battery soft start: Designed for seamless compatibility with lithium battery systems, the inverter features a soft start function that reduces the high initial current draw commonly associated with standard inverters. This controlled start-up helps prevent unnecessary BMS (Battery Management System) shutdowns, ensuring reliable operation and improved compatibility with lithium batteries for a smoother, more dependable power supply.
3. Power Saving mode – Connection to a MT91 remote meter (not supplied) enables adjustable power thresholds to be set to reduce consumption of the inverter automatically based on the load output. When operating in power saver mode the inverter output is turned on for 1 second and turned off 5 seconds to conserve power. When the load output is higher than the adjustable threshold it will resume normal continous output operation. This feature provides greater control to manage your power drain without having to turn off the inverter.
4. Advanced monitoring and programming abilities – The inverter can be connected to a range of optional accessories to enable local or remote monitoring, as well as advanced parameter configuration. These options provide real-time inverter performance data and allow users to customise key settings, including Power Saver thresholds (via the MT91 remote panel only), AC output voltage, and DC low and over-voltage disconnect and reconnect thresholds. This flexibility allows the inverter to be precisely configured to suit specific battery types and individual application requirements, ensuring optimal performance and protection. Compatible accessories:
- Wi-Fi module (EBOX-WIFI) - create a Wi-Fi network, to which your mobile phone or tablet can connect, in order to monitor or adjust charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app (available for Android and iOS users).
- Bluetooth module (EBOX-BT) - create a Bluetooth network, to which your mobile phone or tablet can connect, in order to monitor or adjust charging parameters and controller settings through a free mobile app (available for Android and iOS users).
- PC communication cable (PTR-USB) - An RJ45 to USB cable can be used to connect the controller directly to your PC / laptop, where parameters and settings can be monitored and adjusted via a free computer program - Solar Station Monitor (Windows-based PCs and laptops only).
- MT91 remote meter (MT91) - Access power saver mode parameters and on/off control of the inverter. The remote display has connectivity to add the Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module and PC connection cable for further control.
- MT80 remote meter (MT80) - Fully integrate the IPT inverter with a compatible solar charge controller (PTR/XTR/DM series) to monitor both the solar controller and inverter in one display. The MT80 can also features as a remote switch turn the invereter on/off. The remote display has connectivity to add the Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module and PC connection cable for further control.
Additional intelligent features:
- Exceptional Peak Power Capability – Delivers surge power of up to twice the rated output for up to 5 seconds, making it ideal for starting motors, compressors, pumps, and other high inrush current loads. This significantly exceeds the surge duration of most high-frequency inverters, which typically sustain peak power for only 0.1–0.2 seconds.
- Full Power Output at Low Battery – Delivers 100% rated output across the full battery voltage range (10.8V–16V) without derating, ensuring consistent performance even as battery voltage decreases.
- Remote on/off: Compatible with the optional IPT-RMS Remote Switch (or other suitable external switches) for convenient remote on/off control when the inverter is installed in hard-to-reach locations. Remote on/off is also accessible via the MT80 display.
- Input to Output Electrical Isolation: Features isolation between the DC input and AC output, enhancing user safety, reducing electrical noise, and helping to protect connected equipment from unwanted interference.
- Exceptional EMC Performance:Class B EMC certified for ultra-low electromagnetic emissions, minimising interference with sensitive electronics such as radios, Wi-Fi equipment, routers, audio systems, monitoring devices, and office equipment.
- Wide Operating Temperature Range – Provides full rated output from -20°C to +40°C, with controlled derating allowing continued operation in ambient temperatures up to +60°C, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
- LED status and fault diagnostics: Clear LED indicators provide instant visual feedback on operating status and fault conditions, enabling quick and easy troubleshooting (refer to the user manual for detailed fault codes).
- Buzzer fault warning: An integrated buzzer provides audible alerts for operating status and fault conditions, helping users quickly identify and respond to issues without constant visual monitoring.

How do you install this inverter?
Simply connect it to your 12V battery or battery bank, plug your appliances into the inverter, turn the power switch on and they will start running. An adaptor may be used for more sockets, provided that the total power consumption of all appliances connected to this inverter is within 1000W.
Note for users of our solar charging systems: this inverter can be connected to your 12V battery / battery bank alongside any of our solar systems or charging kits. If you already have one of our 12V solar charging kits with a charge controller connected to your 12V battery, this inverter can be added at any time (connect the inverter to your battery in parallel with the solar controller and 12V appliances). If the solar charge controller has a pair of "load" terminals, please do not connect the inverter to this pair of terminals as the power may be too high for the solar controller. We recommend connecting the inverter to your 12V battery directly.
If you need help with installation or have any technical questions we can provide FREE support - please contact us by email or phone (see Contact Us page for more information).
